1. Acceptance of Terms

This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. If a minor creates an account or uses the platform, daka 888 reserves the right to immediately close that account and void all associated transactions. We may request supporting documentation for age verification, and failure to provide it may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
2. Account Creation & Security
When registering at daka 888, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts created using false information may be suspended at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited. Each individual may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone.
To keep your account secure, daka 888 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support immediately and change your password. Our systems may automatically detect and act on unusual account activity before you report it. Submitting KYC documents for identity verification may be mandatory, particularly when making withdrawals.
3. User Responsibilities
While using the daka 888 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, system hacking, the use of bots or automated software to gain unfair advantages, harassment of other users, and any disruption to normal platform operations are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, daka 888 may immediately close the account and pursue legal action. 4. Platform Usage Rules
Daka 888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any games, betting options, or services available on the platform — including their rules and conditions — at any time. daka 888 is not obligated to provide compensation if the service becomes temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or any other reason. Betting limits, odds, and payout rates are determined as displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content on the platform without authorization constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on daka 888 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods widely used in Bangladesh. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform, and transactions below these limits will not be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 business hours after verification; however, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or unusual, daka 888 may place it on hold for the duration of the investigation. Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, transactions above certain thresholds may require additional verification. Deposited funds must be used exclusively for betting and gaming purposes — sending or receiving payments involving third parties is strictly prohibited. 7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Daka 888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice for the following reasons: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, providing false information, operating multiple accounts, suspected money laundering, or being underage. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and it is not subject to forfeiture due to a violation, it will be returned once the investigation is complete. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, and any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed accordingly. Voluntary account closure requests must be submitted in writing to customer support and are generally completed within 5 business days.
You have the right to appeal a suspended account. If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact our customer support team with the relevant evidence to submit an appeal. daka 888 will review the appeal and communicate a decision in due course. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more) may be subject to an inactivity fee, which will be deducted from the account balance at the rate specified on the platform.
8. Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The daka 888 platform may integrate third-party services or software, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. daka 888 is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or performance of any third-party services. Any external websites referenced on the platform are independent of daka 888 — we are not liable for their content or policies, and visiting them is entirely at your own risk. When using third-party payment gateways, the fees and policies of the respective provider may apply.
Daka 888 may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform in advance. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
